EON Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 28, 2026
(Enacted April 1, 2026; First Amendment April 28, 2026)
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of the AI-based destiny analysis service (hereinafter the “Service”) provided by EON.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. “Service” refers to EON’s destiny analysis, Dokaebi Cards, and AI-powered consultation services.
2. “Member” means any person who has registered for and uses the Service.
3. “Dokaebi Fire” refers to the virtual currency used within the Service.
4. “Reading” refers to the destiny analysis output generated by AI.
Article 3 (Eligibility)
1. Only persons aged 14 or older may register for the Service.
2. Members must provide accurate information upon registration.
3. Impersonating another person for registration is prohibited.
Article 4 (Account and Security)
1. Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts.
2. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited.
3. Accounts may be restricted if abnormal activity is detected.
Article 5 (Dokaebi Fire Policy)
1. Dokaebi Fire is virtual currency usable only within the Service.
2. Dokaebi Fire cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Top-up: Charging is available via card payment through Stripe.
4. Refund: Refunds are available within 7 days of top-up, limited to unused portions. Refund requests may be submitted to eon.ai.master@gmail.com.
5. Complimentary Dokaebi Fire (such as sign-up welcome bonuses) is non-refundable.
6. Upon Service termination, remaining Dokaebi Fire will be extinguished 30 days after prior notice.
Article 6 (Service Content and Disclaimer)
1. EON’s destiny analysis is AI-generated reference information for entertainment purposes.
2. Reading results do not substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological counseling.
3. Important decisions should be made in consultation with relevant professionals.
4. EON is not liable for decisions made based on Service use.
5. EON does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
1. Copyright of all Service content (Dokaebi images, reading results, UI/UX, etc.) belongs to EON.
2. Members may share reading results for personal use.
3. Redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
1. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.
2. Accessing the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.).
3. Unauthorized use of another person’s account.
4. Any illegal activity conducted through the Service.
Article 9 (Service Modification and Suspension)
1. EON may modify or add Service features.
2. 30 days’ prior notice will be given for Service discontinuation.
3. Suspension due to force majeure (natural disasters, system failures, etc.) may occur without prior notice.
Article 10 (Account Termination and Data Deletion)
1. Members may terminate their accounts at any time.
2. Upon termination, all personal information is immediately deleted.
3. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
4. Information required by law to be retained will be kept for the applicable retention period.
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)
1. EON does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service.
2. EON is not liable for damages caused by the Member’s own fault.
3. EON’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any legal action arising from or relating to the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction rules of the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the Member (as a consumer) is the defendant, the district court having jurisdiction over the Member’s address or residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
3. For alternative dispute resolution, Members may apply for mediation to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission of the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee.
Article 14 (Notice to Overseas Users)
This Service is operated from the Republic of Korea. Personal data is transferred to processors located in the United States and other jurisdictions for the purpose of Service performance. The legal basis for such cross-border transfers includes performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with processors. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Members residing in the following regions have additional rights:
- EEA/UK users (GDPR): Rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contact eon.ai.master@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
- Japan users (APPI): Rights to request disclosure, correction, or cessation of use of your personal information.
- Thailand users (PDPA): Rights including access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and objection to processing.
Article 15 (Amendment of Terms)
1. Amendments will be posted within the Service at least 7 days prior to taking effect, specifying the reason for and content of the change.
2. Amendments unfavorable to Members will be posted at least 30 days prior to taking effect, with individual notice to each Member via email.
3. Members who do not agree to amended Terms may terminate their accounts.
4. For non-unfavorable amendments under paragraph 1, Members who do not express objection within the notice period are deemed to have consented to the amended Terms.
5. For unfavorable amendments under paragraph 2, amended Terms shall not apply to a Member without the Member’s explicit consent, and the Member shall be given a reasonable period to object and terminate the account.
Article 16 (Language of the Terms)
These Terms are drafted with the Korean version as the authoritative text. English, Japanese, Thai, and any other translations are provided for the convenience of Members. In case of any discrepancy between the Korean version and any translation, the Korean version shall prevail.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect on April 28, 2026.
